How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?

All CAFUNĒ beans are roasted in small batches and heat-sealed in valve bags within 24 hours of roasting to preserve peak flavor and aroma.

What is the standard shipping time for orders?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Can I return food products if I change my mind?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Are your coffee pods compatible with Nespresso machines?

Yes, our CAFUNĒ specialty capsules are fully compatible with Nespresso OriginalLine machines. They are not compatible with VertuoLine or Keurig systems.
